Cargo department planned to replace their freighters with higher capacity & lower fuel consumption aircrafts to meet the strategic objective. It'd been more than a decade the Airline did not have new aircraft type to join the fleet. New aircraft type arrival triggered numerous software application checking for proper code changes. On the other hand, it was also a challenge to obtain the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) certification for the new aircraft type with some brand new operations. It's managed to assure all relevant code changes and prep. work completed, and co-worked with Boeing to get through CAD certification sessions.
