Let me introduce myself as a Digital Marketer having explored customer and Hospitality Industry. I started Blogging back in 2016 at CareerPolice.com. The blog started growing on social media organically and have reached 6.9K+ followers on Facebook.
My hospitality career started at an International Hotel Brand, Radisson Blu, where I learned the basics of a service industry as Front Desk Trainee.
Later in Hong Kong, as Front Office Clerk, I was responsible for helping guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs while ensuring to communicate their needs and handling the business center efficiently, that lead me to get more than 5 Guest Mentions on Social & Travel Media( please refer below). For me, my success and motivation were the guests. Seeing them happy made me satisfied and I made sure that they really feel the love, which my Brand Promises- Discover Love (Park Hotel Group).
Recently I moved to Ho Chi Minh City to learn more on Digital & Social Media Marketing- the Agency approach, Social Media Marketing, and Content creation for renowned brands like Sennheiser & Reebok.

CareerPolice.com is a Hospitality blog which I created back in 2016 and I try to connect with the Hotel Interns/ Graduates to gather their experiences in Hotel Industry and I believe that is one of the major consideration of the fellow students who wish to pursue their career in Hospitality. Main responsibilities were but not limited to:
1. Greet all arrival guests in a courteous manner and provide friendly service upon check-in 2. Handle Walk-in guests 3. Handle guest with all Business Centre Service activities 4. Audit daily Business Centre Service Revenue 5. Modify and check all guest registration card 6. Filling all registration cards correctly and tidily 7. Preparing next day arrival guest’s registration card 8. Prepare rooming lists and room keys prior group arrival 9. Check rollaway bed report ensure all extra bed was delivered to guest accurately 10. Follow Trace Report 11. Remove old message in the hotel PMS (Opera) by the list from Operator 12. Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously 13. Selling of postage stamp to guests and check stamp flow balance at each shift 14. Sorting all incoming faxes/email to relevant internal departments or in-house guests 15. Proceed the check-out procedure and see off guests in a courteous manner 16. Take guests compliments and constructive comment for the Guest Relation Officer 17. Audit cashier balance, ensure all transactions were posted correctly and cash flow are deposited in drop safe
