I am a graduate student of the University of Tokyo, studying Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. I lived in Michigan, USA for 5 years from when I was 16 years old, graduated from the University of Michigan - Flint in which I learned Mathematics. After my graduation, I decided to pursue my study in area of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Currently, I am interested in Machine Translation and Multilingual Models.
I was student member of FRC Team 67. FRC is world-wide robotic competition organized by FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). I joined this team as vice-leader of programming team in 2014 season. While we had variety of problems, our team won a subdivision in the World Championship and it was very successful season.
2 years later, I rejoined to the team as a mentor. It became another successful season as we won Michigan Championship and went to semi-final of subdivision of the World Championship. Experience as a mentor gave me totally different perspective and recognition of difficulty of teaching.
