Our team is growing! LDA is now looking for a Senior Digital Performance & Growth Analyst to work with our Product and Design teams. You will be the critical person to fulfil the mission statement of LDA – crafting a frictionless user experience for our members so that they can live better.

As a Senior Digital Performance and Growth Analyst in LDA, no one day is exactly the same. Your typical day could be a combination of the followings:
-Distill data into insights to empower digital product manager to make data-driven business decisions and translate insights into product requirement recommendations
-Plan and define tracking plans for click-stream and event-based data and coordinate with the digital platform team and vendor to implement the tracking
-Conduct quality assurance on all the tracking implementation to assure correct and accurate implementation across platforms (i.e. website and mobile apps)
-Monitor and maintain the integrity and validity of the data reported
-Build and maintain reports and dashboards, identify key trends and investigate the underlying causes of trends
-Automate data correlation, analysis and reporting at every opportunity
-Plan, conduct and interpret the results of A/B tests in order to optimize existing and implement new product features

What you need to have as the essentials:
-University Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred but not a must.
-At least three years of experience in digital analytics
-Analytical, attention to details and highly organized
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings
-Experience in implementing and using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase or Adobe Analytics
-Strong sense of ownership and motivation to focus on achieving the outcome.
-Good command of Cantonese and English.

What you might have as a nice-to-have:
-Ability to transform data into insights and concisely tell a compelling story as an actionable narrative.
-Experience in using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize or Adobe Target is a plus.
-Experience in using product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Kissmetrics or Heap
-Familiar with data exploration or visualization tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio
-Prior experience in e-commerce, online travel and insurance
-Experience in designing and executing A/B tests or multivariate tests (MVT)
