Club Shopping is an online shopping platform that carries over 2,000 brands with priority access to the latest handsets and gadgets. The platform focuses on deeper partnerships with brands offering premium products.

Club Travel is an online travel agency that enables members to use their Clubpoints to settle their flight and hotel bookings while also earning Clubpoints on their cash spending at the same time.

Club Insurance offers tailored insurance products ranging from gadget & appliance, health, and travel categories to our members, in partnership and underwritten by FWD and Bolttech.

-Understand and document business/functional requirements to assure that requirements are testable and properly covered
-Develop and execute test cases/scripts for a variety of tests – e.g., functional testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing – to safeguard the quality of product/feature
-Document identified bugs in details, communicate testing progress, report testing results with the working team and discuss the issues to ensure appropriate follow-through to resolution
-Implementing traceability matrix to reflect test coverage and link defects with the test cases
-Attend sprint review/retrospective and provide suggestions to improve and enhance the entire product development cycle
-Establish the best practice for the quality assurance process/workflow and relentlessly identity areas of improvement – e.g., test automation – to boost the quality of and reduce the go-to-market time of product/feature
-Establish a positive working relationship with the digital product managers, developers and UX/UI designers to understand the business/user requirement, product release scope and usability concerns
-Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and execute testing strategy for the Digital Product team

-University Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines is preferred but not a must.
-At least three years of experience in digital product quality assurance – e.g., planning and performing manual/automation testing
-Prior experience in e-commerce is a great plus
-Experiencing working in an agile environment like Scrum or Kanban is a great plus
-Analytical, organizing and attention to details with the ability to solve multiple problems at the same time
-Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a high level of self-motivation
-Team player with excellent communication to convey messages to different users with a diverse background – e.g., designers, developers, etc.
-Prior experience of working with remote team or managing vendor is ideal
-Strong knowledge of web technologies, browser/OS combinations and device differentiation
-Experience in developing test plans, writing test scripts, developing use cases, implementing automated testing and assisting business users through user acceptance test processes is a great plus
-Experience with testing cross-browser/device web application is ideal
-Strong sense of customer empathy with the ability to recommend a solution from the user’s point of view is ideal
-Experience with online tracking and Scrum tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
-Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must
-Immediate available is a definite advantage
