-Develop and implement integrated Brand marketing strategies, including but not limited to social media and digital PR strategies for The Club and its affiliate businesses (eCommerce/ Travel etc.) to achieve brand awareness and other business goals
-Identify and create synergy on social platforms among all affiliates
-Define social media KPIs and identify insights and opportunities from customer database and social metrics to develop and drive social & digital PR campaigns, partnerships and activities
-Create and draft engaging content including social media, press release, blogs, articles
-Grow social community by building relationships with customers, journalists, bloggers, KOL, influencers and partners on social platforms
-Manage operations & project development in all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn). -Oversee all social advertising campaigns and social media content.
-Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content and results optimization
-Keep abreast of global social media trends and identify new opportunities for growth
-In charge of social crisis management. Avoid, manage and solve social crisis.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
-Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
-8 to 10 years relevant experience in social media and PR agency is highly preferable
-Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Best practice knowledge in other popular social media platforms like WeChat, Twitter, Tiktok etc.,
-Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work in a complex organizational structure
-Familiar with social management tools, e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, and social listening tools
-Solid experience and good network with digital media, KOL and influencer
-Proficiency in English & Chinese and excellent copywriting skills for press releases and social media content
-Knowledge of social KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
-Creative, aggressive, and KPIs driven mentality
