With our mission to create a frictionless digital ecosystem for all Hong Kong citizens, we are also investing heavily in several integrated ecommerce platforms that allow our members to earn and use their Clubpoints to settle their purchases:

Club Shopping is an online shopping platform that carries over 2,000 brands with priority access to the latest handsets and gadgets. The platform focuses on deeper partnerships with brands offering premium products.

Club Travel is an online travel agency that enables members to use their Clubpoints to settle their flight and hotel bookings while also earning Clubpoints on their cash spending at the same time.

Club Insurance offers tailored insurance products ranging from gadget & appliance, health, and travel categories to our members, in partnership and underwritten by FWD and Bolttech.

-A good network to maintain or negotiate best commercial offers (lowest cost / payment terms /terms and conditions etc), and ensure all contracts and documents compliance
-Create unique and elite travel experiences to enlarge the number of active loyalty members
-To run short / medium term tactical promotions with collaboration with marketing team to achieve team goals
-Ability to monitor market prices to keep our fares competitive
-Ability to explore new suppliers to enhance our variety of products and the depth of supplies.
-Provide quality brief to frontlines to ensure they are all familiar with the products
-Work close with operation team to ensure all products to be launched smoothly

-University degree, preferably in Business Management or hospitality business is preferred
-Minimum 5+ years travel product development and management experience in travel agencies/OTA (online travel agencies)
-Prior experience in marketing is preferred
-Experience in ensuring success in delivering on product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIs
-Ability to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue generation effectively
-Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and level of impact on business
-Excellent working knowledge of Excel/MS office, GDS (Galileo/Amadeus), familiar with mid/back office systems and airline / hotel / travel product contracts
-Good analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
