*ABOUT THE JOB:
The position reports to the Assistant Marketing Manager in-charge of managing CRM, SEO and paid ad campaigns for all of The Club's digital properties and business objectives.
Be part of a passionate team of marketing experts in building digital excellence across multiple business units including loyalty, travel and e-commerce.
Job responsibilities are including but not limited to the following:
-Develop, execute and analyze The Club CRM campaigns (EDM, MMS, SMS, App push etc) to drive member engagement and retention. This includes audience segmentation and data interrogation.
-Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure SEO content strategy is properly implemented
-Work closely with media agency to execute digital marketing campaigns (SEM, Programmatic and paid social focused)
-Generate detailed reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Tableau etc.
-Support team in any other duties / ad-hoc projects assigned by management
TO SUCEED IN THIS ROLE:
-3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing, agency background is welcomed
-Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce, etc.)
-Knowledge in SEO strategies, including keyword research, content creation, link building and technical SEO etc. is an advantage
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and have creative problem-solving dexterity
-Well-organized, Independent, good team player, able to work under pressure
-Immediate available is an advantage
