The Office Wellness is a company that provides various services to Hong Kong-based companies. We deliver fruits and other healthy snacks to them on a weekly basis. We started with office fruit delivery and will expand quickly to other healthy products.

Business Development Executive
Find prospects, pitch and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Pitch existing clients with new products and services that are constantly launched throughout the year.
Liaise with the logistics team for new orders.
Market research and analysis, cold calls and emails, using various sales strategies and basic social media knowledge in order to identify leads.
Take control over your own pipeline, manage your portfolio of leads to ensure strong conversion rates and exceed ambitious volume & quality targets.
Reviewing P&L of ongoing client portfolios, forecasting and reporting these to Management.
Preferably degree holder in Business Management/Marketing or any related disciplines.
1-2 Years in sales or business development experience, preferably B2B. Candidates with more experience will be considered and have a Manager title.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
