To ensure seamless customer experience, we are on the hunt for a Retail Excellence Executive (Operations) rockstar to be based in our Hong Kong office. This person will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to think and act customer-first to our users.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Category and Merchandising teams to coordinate inventory submissions from brand partners, and to anticipate potential operational risks/issues
Establish standard operating procedures (SOP) to collaborate with brand partners on inventory submission and delivery of in-store assets, and to execute on it

Work closely with merchandising, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless journeys for user experiences and merchant partnerships
Analyse and report on inventory and cost performances
Vendor and transportation cost management
Regular review of business metrics, to drive areas of improvement to meet/exceed goals
What you’ll need:
Relevant operation experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and proactively
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders of diverse cultures
