KKday is a portal specialising in travel experiences. The platform offers more than 6,000-plus experiences from 53 cities all over the world and provides a variety of languages such as Japanese, Korean, English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
Our Founder & CEO, Ming Chen, is also a travel veteran, having founded eztravel.com.tw in 2000, which was later bought by Ctrip Inc, a Chinese travel agency. In 2003, he then founded startravel.com.tw, which went public a few years later.
We have just raised $4.5 million in a Series A round which will be used to help us expand across Asia. We now have branch offices in Hong Kong and China, and we are looking to further expand our dynamic team of over 100 across Singapore, South Korea and Japan. The E-commerce Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and retail assistance. You must be an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities include monitoring the daily activity on the website and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
-Provide Online Customer Service, Operation, Order Processing support, handle daily orders, marketplace operation tasks, invoices, and reports follow-up
-Liaise both internal and external parties for the daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency
-Work closely with business developing department including product listings, verifying contracts and orders
-Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
-Diploma and 1 years experience and above in E-Commerce, Business Administration & Marketing would be a big advantage
-Good organization, attention to detail, good time management, and self-initiative
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant, and organized
-Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
-Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Chinese typing
-Immediately available is highly preferred.
