Our work are not limited to designing, eg: Visual tools design & Event concept design, but extends to construction and offering manufactured goods supplied by our wood and acrylic factories in China. Our manufacturers are qualified producers in building exquisite visual merchandising fixture and modish signage for the Luxury Retailing industry.

As a new team member

Fresco team is looking for an administrative & operation who has excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Interested parties apply to send their resumes.

Job Responsibilities
1. Managing diaries office operation
2. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
3. Managing databases and filing systems
4. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
5. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
6. Collating and filing expenses for accounting
7. Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. send product/sample to customer .
8. Willing to learn and accept new challenges and ad-hoc matters
9. Must be a HK resident / holder of a valid dependent visa.
