Abby is Dragon Prep's Center Manager
Dragon Prep was founded in 2017 with the mission to support students seeking international education opportunities, whether at boarding schools or universities. We have been growing rapidly since we opened our doors, and we are in search of experienced teachers with proven track records to fill positions on our academic team. The right candidates will have tremendous opportunity not only to develop as teachers and mentors, but to explore opportunities in other departments, from marketing to content development, opportunities that will evolve into management positions in the coming years.
Provide premium customer service and operations support including customer greetings, enquiries, and related follow-up action.
Plan and coordinate schedules, classes, and meetings.
Proctor mock examinations.
Build relationships with customers and provide course information.
Manage database relating to students and courses.
Handle office administration such as order office supplies and arrange courier services.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the center.
Provide support to the Center Manager.
Bachelor’s degree, with 1-2 years working experience in customer service or a related field.
Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered (training will be provided).
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Proactive and cheerful team player with a positive attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Good communication, interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy in MS Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and English & Chinese typing skills are essential; knowledge of design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Experience in international education and/or overseas education experience preferred.
Willing to work 5days per week including Saturday.
Flexibility in adjusting hours is required when there is an operational need to do so.
