We are looking for a teammate with the following traits:
- 1-2 years working experience in e-commerce/ logistics/ banking / financial industry
- Strong ability to learn related customer service tools
- Good communication skills of spoken and written Chinese, English
- Handle multi-tasking skills to be able to work under pressure
Your day to day jobs:
- Understand current logistic practices and offer shipment advice to users
- Follow up customer orders and shipment progress
- Able to define all cases from different parties, eg. Logistics customer, internal operation team or business customer etc
- Setup and monitor the customer feedback loop for business growth
