What we do

Established in 2010, Witernet is a Hong Kong-based IT Solutions and Services Provider to the business sector, main focus area is providing consultancy, system integration and technical support services in information technology sector.

As a new team member

- Responsible in-house technical support in network, system, hardware and software issues
- Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
- Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
- Support local and regional project
- Perform other duties assigned

• Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows solution platforms, possibly Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Active Directory admin centre and Microsoft 365 admin centre
• Min.2-3 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
• I.T Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage (Not a must)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
