The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Create a sales strategy and plan that will drive and develop a pipeline of strong growth
- Analyse market trends, provide the best commercial decisions & implement business strategy to explore potential markets
- Client meetings follow up and prepare solution proposal with execution teams
- Lead the Business Development Team to achieve the target and KPI
- Degree Holder or above in Business Management, Marketing or any related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in sizeable business development role with 1 year managerial level (Agency is preferred)
- Prior startup/marketing agency experience is highly preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Result-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Communicative, collaborative, and resourceful in a dynamic changing environment
