We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This strategic and consultative sales role will see you expanding our client base and selling our products and services to help our clients achieve a more efficient business registration and management process. -Take care of inbound leads and their onboarding as customers
-Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to close of deals
-Explore, develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
-Understand our products and services and fulfil the needs of clients
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the customer experience is excellent and satisfactory
-Manage existing lead acquisition channels and improve performance in conjunction with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, compliance.)
We're looking for someone with:
-A minimum of 3 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling complex products and achieving sales targets
-Experience in Hubspot CRM & Sales
-An ability to understand Hong Kong’s legal and accounting landscape
-A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
-Excellent in written and spoken English
-Great command of Cantonese
-A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Inside sales experience prospecting, and qualifying lead
