SellerMetrics.app is E-Commerce automation and analytics tool that serves E-Commerce sellers on Amazon.com with our main target market being in the United States. Our software specifically helps E-Commerce sellers on Amazon with their bid advertising via automation, AI, and advanced analytics. We hope to be the secret sauce that will propel potential E-Commerce entrepreneurs to create their own sustainable businesses.
Our main marketing strategy will be content marketing both written, podcast and video. Hence, we are looking for a content manager to truly scale our strategy.
We are looking for someone that is well organized, creative, strong research skills and writes well. Interest in topics such as digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO will be a huge plus. Experience in ebb and flows of working in tech startup will also be a plus. The office location is in a Co-Working space in Causeway Bay. Remote work will be considered for the right candidate
What you will do:
Learning & Research 30%:
Be involved with the Amazon seller’s community by following and engaging with them on YouTube, Facebook Twitter, and Reddit etc
Learn and experiment with best digital/contenting marketing practices on the web
Be the subject matter expert in the Amazon FBA community, specifically in Amazon advertising PPC
Create a robust, detailed of editorial content calendar, that includes channels that our target community congregates such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Quora and Linkedin
Stay ahead of key industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights and emerging branded content trends.
Curate, contextualize, and repurpose relevant content from a variety of media sources
Manage the performance of internal Content Production staff and oversee contributions from external contractors and community contributors
Build online community from scratch such as meetup group, and our very own Facebook community and LinkedIn Groups
Be maniac on your ability to project manage and ultimately deliver on the editorial and social content calendars
Contribute to the strategy and execution of live and virtual community events (Meetup/Webinars etc)
Develop scripts for our video content on YouTube
Help develop and lead a roster of freelance writers and content creators to produce engaging, on-brand content.
Write copy for blog, site and social. Edit copy provided by other writers.
Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
Create weekly and monthly reporting, analyze social content performance, and develop action plans to drive engagement.
