Preface Coffee & Wine is an attempt to decentralise the delivery of education.
We used to think of classroom as a utilitarian space in which our imagination found limits. However, classroom ought to be where curiosity takes off. Preface Coffee is an imagination of how the future of classroom would be - a space in which everyone is free to learn, express and share. Knowledge shouldn’t be exclusive, but as accessible as a neighbourhood cafe where anyone can engage in meaningful conversations over some good brews.

Coffee meets Learning
So don’t get us wrong, we are not just an education centre or coffee shop, but a game-changer and influencer in learning - from the learning spaces, our education Concept Store at Preface Coffee & Wine where coffee meets learning, to the course offerings and the new way of learning with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technology.
Preface Workshops are held regularly at Preface Coffee & Wine to engage learners in conversations on emerging knowledge that is essential for the tech era. Learners will be able to gain new knowledge while having a good brew together with other like-minds.

-Confidence in managing every aspect of the kitchen, from work-station flow to dish plating
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll love to foster genuine relationships with your team
-A good command of English and Cantonese
-Relevant experience in a sizeable all day dining/ café/ progressive restaurant
-Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends with extensive knowledge of menu development
-Excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety knowledge
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-Administration skills including procurement and inventory systems
-Knowledge in coffee, wine and food as a regular consumer at minimum
