As a new team member

Your mission as an Account Executive at MoneySmart is to provide our customers the very best service and impartial advice on insurance products; and to grow and achieve revenue targets for the general/life insurance lines of business.

In a Nutshell:
- To provide prompt, excellent and end to end customer service for our customers: 
1. seeking to purchase any personal insurance product 
2. who require assistance with claims
3. renewing their policies
4. general product enquiries
5. on all touch points for General/Life Insurance 
- To achieve monthly insurance sales targets. 
- Highlighting when lead volumes are insufficient to meet target in daily huddles
- Thinking of ways to maximise lead potential and to get more leads  
- To ensure that CRM and dashboard are updated daily with all relevant information.
- To do all ad hoc projects as assigned

- Knowledgeable of the general and life insurance market and its purchase, claims and renewal process
- Autonomous, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Good PC Skills

- Secondary education and pass in IIQE(Paper 1 to Paper 3)
- Min. 1 years relevant experience in insurance brokers field
