What we do

Zetl provides invoice financing for fast-growing white collar services-sector business in Asia.

SMEs need our funds to grow. Without which they often have to cut their largest expenses–wages.

Our mission is to ensure that our customers can pay their staff wages on time, every time.

Why we do

Our founders are all serial entrepreneurs. We've been on the receiving end of cashflow shocks and know first-hand how few options there are for SMEs.

Borne from some of the most difficult experiences we've had getting funding for our own startups & SMEs we've made it our mission to make sure that nobody else has to face the same challenges.

How we do

We fund our customers entirely digitally. We've re-imagined what a funding process should look like and make it as painless as possible. Our use of technology enables us to fund customers as quickly as 24 hours.

As a new team member

About the Role
Your role is to assist the founders in managing Zetl’s distributed team. In addition to normal human resources work you’ll have the opportunity to learn about remote team management. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing in their career and new work experiences
• Manage regular team events like happy hours, trivia lunches, and staff training
• Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance
• Maintain metrics and analysis of team performance, and provide regular reporting on team performance in the form of written analysis and performance reports
• Help build the organization through management projects such as recruiting, training, writing team policies, defining team processes, or other organizational improvements
