Genesis Block was founded in 2012 to serve the needs of the mining industry. Our business comprises of OTC/Proprietary trading, Investments, building online/offline communities mainly in Hong Kong and Thailand. In the past few years we have organized over 200 events and built a following of over 20 million passionate users.

As a new team member

We are looking for dedicated applicants with a good attitude and comfortable working in a start-up environment. Our company is fast paced and growing rapidly. Our Customer Service Representatives needs to be flexible, interpersonal, and also have a holistic approach to providing immaculate Customer Service.

-Manage front desk customer interactions with Genesis Block
-Resolve customer conflicts and inquiries, and escalate to CS Manager for any critical issues
-Provide provision of knowledge of our products and services
-Guide customers through their account opening process
-Sales operations support and documentations
-Assist with any ad hoc requests

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-1+ years' of customer service experience
-Cryptocurrency/blockchain/banking/fintech/technology related background are preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
-Fresh graduated with interest in Cyptocurrency are encouraged to apply for this position
