Responsible in achieving growth target and sales objectives
Manage and recognize the needs of the accounts through regular contact at their headquarters to influence the listings, visibility, promotions, and pricing of our range of products
Negotiate the category and business development plans on assigned accounts and to manage the monthly trade activity plans towards the achievement of the mutually agreed targets
Establish partnership with assigned accounts in driving overall growth and excitements of the categories
Work closely with marketing teams to plan and ensure marketing campaigns are active.
Align pricing and promotion plans to minimize channel conflicts
Monitor closely the retail market development and competitive conditions; derive implications and actions in the responsible accounts
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and merchandising sector
Good interpersonal and analytical skills, detail-minded, proactive, independent
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
