👉What you will be working on
•Develop and enhance our product suite, from developing banking products to digital delivery with a focus on contextual, intelligent provision
•End to end ownership of work streams, from customer research, ideation, product development/planning to executing and managing your products
•Act as voice of the customer-ensuring our users needs are always at the heart of what we are building
•Responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers, involving them in defining solutions, encouraging them to experiment and coaching them in all things Agile
•Able to see the big picture, to successfully prioritize stories that fit towards the overall value proposition and to set a timeline to hit those goals quickly
•Scale things fast through coaching cross-functional teams in high pace delivery and efficiency
👉What we are looking for
•Proven product management experience in mobile-first B2C offerings, including digital banking, ecommerce, or other Fintech/ consumer apps
•Comfortable working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
•Experienced in user centred design and knowledge to support UX and product design
•Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
•Passionate about solving complex problems
•Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
•Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin). Comfort working in an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural environment
•Possess a growth mindset and are intellectually curious. A self-starter who is ready to grow and challenge yourself working in a fast-paced fintech company
