In The Bees, we have a "3-3-3" profit sharing scheme. When our operating companies make profits, 1/3 of the profit goes to the staff as a bonus, 1/3 goes to the shareholders as dividends and the rest is reserved for future investment. A company cannot flourish or even exist without its staff, who contribute their time and skills, and the shareholders who contribute their money. Therefore, we believe that both staff and shareholders should have the same share when the company makes a profit.

To cope with our recent business expansion, we are currently looking for a senior sales executive who enjoys taking up growth and development opportunities and prepare to thrive with us.
About the role:
•Connect and develop a trustful relationship with potential clients
•Identify business opportunities and bring in new sales revenue through warm & cold calls
•Provide consultative services and manage a good relationship with clients
•Update and maintain information on the database
•Follow up customer's enquiry and prepare the quotation
•Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
•Bachelor degree or above in any discipline (Sales and Marketing or related discipline will be an advantage)
•Responsible, organised, aggressive and business oriented with strong interpersonal skills
•1 year+ experience in sales related position
•Excellent English and Chinese (spoken and written)
