This is an opportunity to explore ecommerce experience in a rapidly growing startup. We need an intern who is detail-minded and curious. Ultimately, this person is responsible for providing admin support for merchandising dept, enhancing the system, and handling some ad hoc projects.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders
• Follow up and monitor the delivery schedule with suppliers to meet promotion plan
• Perform clerical support to department
• Enhance productivity by finetuning the workflow and system
• Form 5/ DSE or above
• Independent, self-motivated, detail minded, able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience in using ERP system is preferable
• Able to work on at least 4 days per week (9 hours per day)
• Immediate availability preferred
