You would be driving our business development efforts in Hong Kong, taking the initiative to find leads and nurture growth! As our newest business developer, you can assume you'd be doing the following:
- Designing and managing the sales funnel, with our CRM Hubspot
- Lead generation
- Lead management - sales calls, meetings, and activities to push leads through sales funnel
- Working with Customer Success to educate clients and help clients be successful on our platform
What would your targets be?
Your goal is always to provide a solution to clients. By providing a solid answer to their issues, you will gain credibility and trust within the industry. Of course, you will have some more concrete targets as well:
- Creation and execution of sales strategy
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Number of leads
- Number of deals closed per month
- Customer satisfaction

What is necessary to apply to this position?
We will be placing a lot of responsibility and trust in whoever we hire for this role. With that in mind, we're looking for candidates who have the following:
- A strong interest in our mission (create a world where work drives passion)
- Sales experience
- Native or near-native level spoken and written English
- Native spoken Cantonese
- University degree
