As a distributor, A Matter of Design acts as a visionary connector. They work to be a retail and distribution partner in the region. For European lifestyle brands that want to enter the Hong Kong and China market and need careful brand management and distribution. A Matter of Design will be their local partner and representative. They will be involved in local marketing, sales and logistics/distribution for the brands in their portfolio. They will continue to grow the brand portfolio, bringing in brands that are entirely new to market or those lacking presence or struggling with a fractured, sluggish distribution system.

Report to Brand Manager for store overall sales performance and operations;
Lead by example to maintain positive morale at store to achieve the sales targets;
Manager both B2C and B2B sales performance by working closely with Retail Supervisor
and Senior Sales Consultants;
Partner with different function heads for sales strategies to maximise the sales
opportunities, for instance, trainings, marketing events and logistics arrangements;
Forecast sales performance in different periods to manage expectations by top
management and store team.
3 or more years of solid managerial experience;
5 or more years of experience working at sales, retail or design industry;
Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and
Leadership working as role-model in store;
Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin.
