Description

Job Description
 Liaising and building rapport with Merchants and Partners
 Handle application form and collect information from merchant.
 Work closely with Tech and Sales Marketing teams and coordinate with the operations and services
 Handle inquiries and solve problems for merchants
 Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements
 University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
 Organized, Tactful, Detail-Oriented, Self-Starting, Charismatic Communication Skills, Multi-tasker are MUST.
 Solid experience in Retail or Internet company preferred.
 Good proficiency in MS office preferred.
 Minimum 5 years’ experience, relevant experience is an advantage.
 Experience in graphic design is a plus.
 Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese/ Mandarin.
