As a new team member

We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a disruptive manufacturing start-up with social impact. 

You will be sitting between the product team and our customers, making sure customer needs are met and they enjoy a smooth on-boarding process. 

We’re building the world's first factory platform to bring work and happiness to one place. Our product is a software and mobile app for factories, to collect production and well-being data from workers.

We’re pushed by the needs of the world's biggest fashion brands, who want to ensure their suppliers are ethical. We plan to scale rapidly with their needs.

We are funded by: angels who are high profile leaders in the field, UK Government and Silicon Valley's largest impact VC.

Your Responsibilities:
- On-boarding: Helping to guide factory customers through the on-boarding process including calls and visits, providing technical and non-technical guidance
- Customer relationship building: Being a point of contact for customers post-sale
- Learning from the on-boarding process and identifying ways to improve the customer experience, translating requirements back to the product team
- Being adaptable and proactive in responding to customer needs

You and your Skills:
- Technical skills: minimum 1-2 years experience related to software and mobile applications
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with customers and a team
- Added benefit: Product management

- Good organisation and detail-orientation
- Motivated by making a difference, through seeing your impact scaled to improve the lives of factory workers
