Before you start recruiting members, you'll need to have your vision worked out. Your company will evolve as you grow and move forward, so your company vision should act as a shared dream for your company to work towards together.

Get Up to Speed by Polishing Your Vision!

Imagine two companies, both working to design cars:

- Company A has focused their vision on creating easy to use and reliable cars.

- Company B has decided that their cars will be works of art.

Both companies are making cars, and both will have to consider how the car looks, how it runs, etc. as they design.

However in the end, those two companies will make very different cars. And there's a good chance that the kind of people who would be happy working at Company A could be very unhappy at Company B (and vice-versa!)

Knowing your vision makes it easy to know which employees will work well with your company. Sharing it with new collaborators will enable them to "own it."

We think your vision is important, which is why on your Wantedly company profile we don't just ask "what you do," we also have a section for "why you do". This is one of the most important sections of your company's profile because it lets you share your vision with potential applicants-- and having a clear shareable vision will encourage prospective collaborators to join your team.
