The courses that I have completed are mainly Hospitality major classes. In addition, I took several environment courses that are related to sustainable tourism.

As a food service worker working at the counter and drive-thru in a Mc Donalds located in South Korea, I have learned the importance of communication with coworkers and the business techniques and marketing plans of such a successful company.

I have significantly contributed to SPeak corporation by supporting students and acquiring student-users for SPeak corp. as a JPort Ambassador.

As the front desk staff of the hostel, I translate Korean, English, and Japanese to our guests. With the friendly and easy approachable personality that I have, I give a very bright and kind impression to those who visit and explain the facility and Beppu city in detail. Moreover, I assist the management part as well which includes any contact with foreign guests, review replies on websites, and Instagram.

As a student of one of the most renowned private Christian schools in Korea, I have shown excellent performances as an active student within various extracurricular activities, and also as a well-behaved student within the dormitory.
