Looking for an experienced leader as our Head of Marketing to bring us out of stealth
👉Team You Are Joining You will join ourBusinessteam, working alongside yourteammates from Business Development, Sales, FP&AandProduct. As one of our first members of marketing and as a senior leader, you’ll be building out Sprout’s full marketing functionsand hiring a team to fill critical roles as we scale. You’ll also work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure consistency in positioning and messaging. You will plan and execute launches & campaigns in close collaboration and coordination with other teams. 👉Problem You Will Solve The problem to solve is how to continuously increase the amount we capture of the value we create for the market. You will break this our marketing functions into pieces and develop solutions for the following categories: Content, Growth, Product, Community and Operations. - For Content, you will develop and manage our content production, publishing and library to establish thought leadership in the marketplace. - ForGrowth, you will strategize and drive all the non-Sprout users in the market to be Sprout customers and optimizing the user acquisition funnel. - For Product, you will connect with our Sales and Product teams to connect the voice of the customer with our development team and develop narratives and marketplace positioning. - For Community, you will cultivate and manage our community of founders and executives via Slack and other content vehicles such as newsletters, event sand webinars. Finally, you will be biased for action and speed and, through operational excellence, you will make it all happen seamlessly and create magic. 👉About You - have a deep experience is all the marketing arts and for the areas where you know a bit less, you possess enough knowledge to be very dangerous or have a tremendous thirst to learn and try. - obsess about customer needs and pain points. You have a strong growth mindset, with demonstrated ability to learn and improve from your mistakes. - live and breathe campaign strategy, execution, testing, optimization and alleviating loopholes and leaks in the marketing funnel. - highly organized, experienced project manager that’s passionate about technology, bonus points for experience in Finance or Fintech SaaS. - have proven capability for formulating data and analysis driven marketing campaigns. - proven problem solver that gets things done. - a strong communicator with native fluency in the English language. - can thrive working remotely with very little supervision. - operate transparently as a team player with strong ethical and moral beliefs. 👉Please click ”I’m interested” to apply! 👉Team You Are Joining: This is a pure startup environment and you will be joining our founding team in Hong Kong and be part of the management of this startup. You will work with our co-founders and will be shaping the many early team culture and structure the business. This role will also closely work with our stakeholders such as product and engineering teammates. 👉Problem You Will Solve: -Play a key role in building and nurturing our people experience, operational foundations and all related relationships. - Helping the company quickly ramp up in terms of many organizational issues such as building headcount and hypothesizing, testing and solving some early development related issues that will shape the future of the organization. -Wear many hats and champion many initiatives, including leading all recruitment efforts across departments including managing external recruiters, candidate sourcing, interview loops and onboarding teammates in Hong Kong and Beijing. -Manage our early administrative, business operations, and where ever help is needed. -Act as a business partner to the co-founders and management team to build and maintain a transparent, world class, empathetic and high performing company culture. -Lead in the creation and socialization our core values. - roll up your sleeves and dive deep into the water and support all administrative tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment Your role is to ensure teammates are coming up with solutions while “doing the right thing.” As part of a new startup, there are a lot of tasks and problems that require a detailed oriented, thoughtful and proactive person. You have/are: - have authentic relationship building skills and are self-driven - detailed, organized, strategic and even creative with solutions that align interests and motivate all parties to work together. - Preferred, though not required, experience as an early stage founder, head of HR, and/or venture stage senior recruitment professional. - highly organized, meticulous and extremely helpful. - takes initiative and seeks to create order out of things that are left unorganized.
