Agnus Consulting - 成間公司個個對自己都好有要求!

如果大家出嚟做過幾年嘢,相信都知要搵到個同聲同氣嘅團隊的確唔容易。筆者同Agnus Consulting做完個訪問之後,真係冇諗過老闆阿Tor會咁著重一班同事嘅發展。難怪一班同事都咁踴躍分享自己當初點解咁多公司唔揀,而揀左入嚟Agnus Consulting做!

「高質素嘅Leadership可以改變世界!」

讀數學出身嘅阿Tor,踏入50歲果陣,突然意識到高質素嘅Leadership係令世界進步嘅其中一個關鍵。喺2011年,阿Tor就決定放棄喺McKinsey Partner嘅職位,開咗Agnus Consulting呢間公司,專門負責Organization同Leadership development。

但究竟有咩令到阿Tor咁有信心去跳出comfort zone呢?事緣係阿Tor離開咗McKinsey嘅時候,就同咗兩個friends去玩獨木舟,沿住挪威海岸划咗足足一個月。阿Tor話:「嗰陣啱啱完咗個trip,post咗啲相上自己social media,點知就有一大班朋友同之前嘅connections搵我,問我可唔可以幫佢哋解決佢哋公司嘅問題。」

咁點解間公司又會叫Agnus Consulting呢?原來「Agnus」喺拉丁文裡面係指羔羊,象徵住servant leadership,而呢個正正係阿Tor好重視嘅value:「我哋嘅培訓方向由領導自己、團隊,去到成個組織都會涵蓋到。其中例如自我對話、建立朋輩關係、紛爭處理以至願景嘅實踐(vision walk)都係我哋會向客戶提供嘅solutions。」

而佢哋嘅服務主要包括Strategy、Leadership development、同埋Enterprise transformation,過往做過嘅projects都非常廣泛,例如為頂尖嘅大學制訂五年計劃同願景、向房地產公司提供leadership培訓,或者同金融公司嘅高級主管合作將公司轉型等等,總之就係幫客戶帶嚟持續而正面嘅影響。

Agnus Consulting總部位於香港,喺中國大陸同英國都有Office,團隊目前有50幾位成員,分別來自亞太地區、歐洲和美洲總共14個國家。

「互相挑戰、互相support、互相信任」

對於Agnus Consulting嚟講,以身作則係好重要嘅。阿Tor解釋:「因為我哋嘅工作就係不斷challenge我哋嘅client,幫助佢哋成為更好嘅leader。如果我哋公司本身都唔咁做嘅話,又點樣說服到我哋嘅client呢?而喺不斷challenge自己嘅過程入面,亦都令我哋嘅團隊不斷進步!」

阿Tor 亦指出給予support嘅重要性:「喺欠缺足夠support嘅情況下challenge自己,其實係會面對好多唔同嘅壓力,所以我哋不論喺知識上,定喺情感上,都會互相support。」

咁至於Agnus Consulting內部又點樣互相challenge同support呢?阿Tor就話佢哋條team成日都會互相畀無數嘅feedback,而大家都會好認真咁看待每個同事嘅意見。其中一位同事Melody就話自己最enjoy呢種關係:「呢度係唔會論資排輩嘅,同事之間嘅關係就好似朋友咁,就算我哋同阿Tor嘅關喺都一樣。除左俾feedback,我哋仲會互相support,共同實現我哋嘅目標!」

阿Tor仲話feedback對於Leadership development好緊要:「每個人都有盲點,而其他人嘅feedback會令我哋意識到自己嘅問題,從而improve自己,所以就算喺Agnus Consulting,條team成日都會畀feedback我㗎!」

你都係個對自己有要求嘅人?Agnus Consulting請緊人呀!

Agnus Consulting而家擴充緊佢哋喺香港嘅團隊。Yan Liu - Director and Lead for Strategic People Matters就話佢哋成間公司嘅成員都係對自己好有要求嘅人,所以其中一個會睇嘅指標就喺學業成績:「我哋相信精益求精係一種習慣,所以當candidates嘅學業成績係好好嘅話,基本上已經反映出佢哋對自己係有要求嘅,咁相信佢哋喺同條team合作,同埋面對client嘅時候都會做到最好。」

雖然Agnus Consulting要求大家GPA要「爆哂4」咁,但佢哋並冇要求你讀特定嘅學系,阿Yan就話佢哋條team真係咩background都有:「我哋成條team大家都讀唔同嘅major,例如數學、哲學、企業管理、工程、社會科學等等,而呢個diversity亦都係其中一個令到我哋公司比較特別嘅原因。所以無論讀咩科畢業都好,我哋著重嘅只係candidates有好強嘅好奇心,會想不斷學習新嘅知識,接觸唔同嘅clients。」
